I can't say enough good things about my visit! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm from the staff. I had some concerns about my vehicle making weird noises, and they took my worries seriously. After a comprehensive diagnostic check, they found the issues quickly and explained everything in terms that made sense. I was relieved to find out that the repairs wouldn’t break the bank either! The customer service here is top-notch, and I felt valued as a customer. One thing I would suggest is to consider expanding the waiting area since it was a bit crowded when I was there. I've been a regular customer at this service center for the past year, and I've had nothing but positive experiences. Most recently, I brought my car in for a tire rotation and general check-up. The team was prompt and took care of my vehicle within the estimated time frame. I appreciate their willingness to answer my questions about the health of my car without making me feel rushed. They even provided recommendations for when I should consider replacing my tires based on wear and tear, which is something I never received from previous mechanics. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps offering text updates on vehicle status, as it can be hard to wait without knowing how long it will be. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place to friends and family for their excellent service and knowledgeable staff!
